REGISTRATION STEPS:
To become a B Beautiful client, please email or call us with your following information:
- Full Name, as shown on your Driver’s License.
- Date of Birth
- The type of service you are coming in for
- Phone number, a current and working number.
- E-mail address that you can access to receive registration confirmation.
Once our staff enters your data you will get an email from B Beautiful Med Spa to complete your registration. Please fill out all the necessary consent forms before your appointment at B Beautiful Med Spa.
